Cookies & Privacy Settings

This page explains browser features used by the website and how they relate to enquiries. Browser storage and information held by a service provider are different things.
The enquiry form
The form uses temporary page memory to keep your entries while you complete it, including after a failed submission. This state is cleared when you leave or reload the page. The form does not write enquiry contents to cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. A submitted enquiry is processed by Formspree and can be retained there and in email; closing the page does not delete those copies.
Site preferences and media
The website does not provide advertising preferences or a marketing-consent banner because no optional marketing features have been added. Fonts and the available property photograph are served as site assets, rather than requesting fonts from Google as you browse. Normal browser caching may keep downloaded assets according to browser and server cache settings.
Hosting and technical processing
Base44 provides hosting and related services. Hosting, security and browser features can process technical information separately from the enquiry form. This page does not assert that all hosting activity is free of measurement or device storage. For information about technical processing or to raise a concern, contact info@zanoraproperty.co.uk.

If optional tracking is introduced in the future, it will require a separate review and appropriate controls before activation. For enquiry processing and your rights, see our Privacy Policy. Privacy questions can be sent to info@zanoraproperty.co.uk.
