Website Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 September 2026
This notice concerns this marketing website and the enquiry process, not a guest-booking service or a separate property-management agreement.
Who is responsible
Zanora Property Ltd is the controller for enquiries addressed to Zanora through this website.
Zanora Property Ltd · Company number 16918221 · Registered in England & Wales.
For privacy questions, requests or complaints, email info@zanoraproperty.co.uk, or write to our registered office listed on the Company Information page.
Information you provide
The initial enquiry form collects your name, email address, property postcode, property type and bedroom count. Phone number and how you heard about Zanora are optional. Current letting status, reasons for enquiring and timing may be discussed during qualification or follow-up. Required fields allow us to respond and assess the property; without enough information we may not be able to provide an estimate. You can also enquire by email.
Please do not include identity documents, financial account details, health information or other sensitive information. This website does not request uploads, payments or guest bookings.
Why we use information
We use enquiry information to respond, assess suitability, prepare an estimate and discuss possible management. Where you are an individual asking us to take necessary steps towards a contract with you, we rely on Article 6(1)(b) of the UK GDPR.
For general enquiries and business representatives, we rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f): responding to requested business communications and keeping proportionate records. Necessary security and misuse-prevention processing supports our legitimate interest in protecting the website and correspondence. These interests must be balanced against your rights.
Optional fields are optional information for those purposes, not a blanket consent to marketing. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list. We do not sell or rent enquiry information.
Website and form providers
This website is hosted by Base44. Hosting and security services process connection and request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the website.
Submitting the form sends your information directly to Formspree, which handles submissions and notification emails. Copies may be held in Formspree and in the business email systems used to receive and respond to your enquiry. This website does not create a separate Zanora enquiry database in Base44.
Providers process information under their applicable service terms and data-protection arrangements. Information may also need to be shared with professional advisers or authorities where necessary for a legal matter. Our Cookies page explains the website features that use temporary browser state.
International processing
Formspree’s published privacy notice describes processing in the United States and other countries where it operates. Hosting and email services can also involve processing outside the UK. The transfer arrangements applicable to your enquiry depend on the providers involved. Please contact Zanora for information about the relevant locations and safeguards; this notice does not represent that information remains entirely within the UK.
How long information is kept
Enquiry records are needed while we assess and respond to your request and manage any follow-up. Retention after that depends on whether a management relationship begins, any unresolved complaint or dispute, and applicable record-keeping duties. Correspondence should not be retained indefinitely merely because it is in an inbox. Contact us to ask about the records held about you or to request deletion; deletion remains subject to applicable exceptions.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your personal information. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability applies to relevant automated processing based on contract or consent. Where any separate processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Contact us using the details above. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity. Rights requests normally require a response within one month, subject to applicable legal rules and permitted extensions.
Data protection complaints
You can raise a complaint by email or post using the contact details above; no account or special form is required. We will acknowledge it within 30 days, investigate appropriately, keep you informed of progress and communicate the outcome without undue delay. This is separate from the deadline for a rights request.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
Security and updates
The form sends submissions using HTTPS. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please limit what you share to what is needed for your enquiry. Any changes to this notice will be described by a fixed revision date, rather than an automatically changing date.
